The author describes a small Atlantic island southwest of Everon, styled after Everon and Arland. The world is 3.6 km across, and contours run only from 10 to 30 m. A dense forest covers the eastern lobe, while the north holds patchwork fields and a north-south airstrip. The main town sits on the southern peninsula beside a small harbour, and a long beach lines the western bay. Its 713 buildings and 29.5 km of roads suit compact infantry operations. Ground imagery covers the whole island, with no blank areas.
