Steep rock ridges and ravines rise to about 1,820 m across 6 km, with green meadows in the centre. Dense dark forest covers the east-centre. The map lists 1,712 buildings in small towns, a walled western compound, a southeast quarry and a compound beside the forest. About 116 km of winding roads link them. Overlays list 108 water bodies and 736 lakes. Some open meadows and ridges hold only scattered trees. Suits infantry and light vehicle operations. The author bases it on Yosemite, set in a post-war future California.
